Our trip to the Greek islands was unforgettable, not only because of the breathtaking views, but also because of the memorably delicious food - the pitas, salads, seafood, and more. We ate our way through the local tavernas, talking to chefs and eventually cooked with the locals. Our love for Greek food continued and we are now offering a class that will allow you to choose from some of our favorite Greek dishes: freshly made hummus, rich and creamy Tzatziki, fresh Pita bread from scratch, Pearled Barley salad, the famed Greek Chicken with Lemon and Oregano, Octopus over married Fava beans, or Shrimp with tomatoes, garlic, oregano and Ouzo (Greece's famed apertif).
